Daisy Hill is an easy 20-30 minute drive from Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast. Hugged by the Daisy Hill State Forest, this is an established suburb in which pole houses attach themselves to the steep inclines and older homes have become part of the landscape of hills and valleys that lead to the Pacific Motorway.

Who lives here?

This is a popular area for families with children, as well as singles. Most adult residents are in their early ’30s, with just over two-thirds born in Australia. A good number of British, Kiwi and South African migrants have relocated here.

Locals should have no trouble finiding employment close to home as great deal of commercial, retail and professional  service businesses exist in Springwood. There are office towers, business hotels and convention centres a plenty and a small amount of light industry (catering primarily for home improvments), can be found to the south.
